Legal & privacy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

This is an informational marketing site with no payments, accounts, or product distribution. This single page covers who runs the site, the website terms of use, and the privacy notice required by the GDPR.

1. Who runs this site

The operator of this website is:

  • Owner (titular): Przemysław Różniewski
  • DNI / NIF: 23215100G
  • Contact address: ul. Krótka 11, Gorzów, Poland
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Website: acta.ink

2. Using this website

This website is informational. It presents Acta, a sovereign case workspace for law firms, and lets firms get in touch. The information here does not constitute a binding offer, a warranty, or legal advice; acquiring and using Acta is governed by the licence agreement signed with each firm.

All content (text, design, the Acta name and logo, and software) is owned by Przemysław Różniewski or his licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The site is provided “as is.” We take reasonable care over accuracy and availability but do not warrant either, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to. Nothing here is legal advice.

This notice is governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer and data-protection rules of the European Union.

3. Privacy

Controller: Przemysław Różniewski, DNI/NIF 23215100G, ul. Krótka 11, Gorzów, Poland, [email protected].

This site has no contact form. The only way to reach us is by email, so we collect only what you choose to send (for example your name, firm, and email), plus basic technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) kept by our hosting provider for security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We use no cookies, analytics, or tracking, so no cookie banner is required. We do not profile you, make automated decisions, or sell your data.

We keep email correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it, or sooner on request. We share data only with the processors that host the site and handle our email, under a data-processing agreement; our infrastructure is in the EU/EEA.

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data and object to processing; email [email protected] to do so. You may also complain to the Spanish authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

4. The Acta product does not process your data

This notice concerns only this website. The Acta product is designed so that we never process your firm's or your clients' data: the workspace runs in your browser, your files stay in your own Drive, and the connection to the AI runs through a stateless worker on your firm's own infrastructure, with your own keys. Client content never passes through Acta. Any product-level processing is governed by the agreement with your firm, where your firm is the controller.
